Channyn Parker

Channyn Parker is the Director of Community and Strategic Partnerships at Howard Brown Health, where she develops and implements diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for the organization, as well as fosters and develops community relationships across the City of Chicago. Additionally, she currently holds her role in Education Research and Advocacy, and External Relations for Howard Brown Health. Prior to her work at Howard Brown, Parker served at the Broadway Youth Center, Cook County Department of Corrections, and the Chicago House Social Service Agency. Throughout her career, Parker has worked on behalf of the LGBT community. She has served on the boards of Equality Illinois, the Transformative Justice Legal Project, and the University of Chicago LGBTQ Board of Diversity and Inclusion.
